4. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive team
5. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including setting up logistics and preparing materials
6. Conduct research, compile data, and create reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
7. Provide administrative support by handling phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner
