1. Assist senior executives in managing and coordinating projects from start to finish
2. Plan and execute events, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth operations
3. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports and track important data
4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both in written and verbal form
5. Write and edit content for various purposes, including internal communications and marketing materials
6. Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks for executives
7. Support in any other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
