1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the Stakeholder.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the team.
3. Handle and manage all the client meetings, interactions, and office visits
4. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office operates smoothly
5. Support team members with various administrative tasks as and when required
6. Overall supervision and control of almost all aspects of the company.
Requirements:
1. A self-starter attitude with a driven, outgoing, and inquisitive personality
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
3. Good written and spoken English
4. Ability to think independently (a lot of work will be general in nature with no specific skillset, but will require basic intelligence)
5. Ability to communicate without hesitation/shyness
