Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage the managing director s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP SKILLS.
3. Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
4. Organize and coordinate meetings and work, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
5. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items.
6. Track and manage expenses, ensuring accurate and timely submission of expense reports.
7. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualification:
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Should have working Knowledge of MS OFFICE, especially EXCEL & WORD.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Ability to take notes and strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
