Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer Fresher Job

Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive 'Executive Assistant' to support our CEO at our Jaipur office. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize the CEO's schedule, meetings, and appointments.
2. Assist with various marketing and sales initiatives.
3. Handle email communications and maintain clear documentation.
4. Coordinate with vendors and handle client communications (email, Zoom, etc.).
5. Support HR activities, including onboarding and employee coordination.
6. Conduct online research to support business needs.
7. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (required).
3. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
Salary: 3 Lakhs to 4.75 Lakhs per annum (based on skills and experience)
