Executive Assistant To COO (Chief Operating Officer) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Manage COO & CEO calendars and set up meetings
4. Attend all review meetings, take notes, and record decisions taken and action items
5. Create necessary follow-up mechanisms for tracking action items and reporting them
6. Assist the COO in preparing presentations
7. Conduct telephonic interviews for hiring
8. Work on research & documentation of information as required
9. Work on preparing dashboards, data analysis, and insights
10. Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as required
11. Ensure IT administration across the organization
