About the job

Must be available over phone and online on weekdays from 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners
2. Managing the schedule of the founder, setting up meetings, attending all online meetings, taking notes, and ensuring it is shared within the team, making travel arrangements, etc.
3. Create PPT presentations (based on our template) for client presentations and internal presentations as well.
4. Oversee the performance of other staff and coordinate with vendors and other support staff, over the phone.
5. Coordinate with the accounts/billing team to ensure timely payments, and with clients' billing department to ensure our payments reach on time.
6. Format internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
7. Be involved in the day-to-day operations and be available on call to handle any office-related work.
8. Visit the office from time to time for work updates
9. Conduct online research for brands based on the directive of the founder/core team members
10. Schedule meetings online and offline with clients/partners/resources, etc.

Visit to the office at least 2-3 times a month is compulsory. Candidate must also be willing and able to visit the office whenever required by the team, for any important work

Other requirements

Critical Requirements:

1. Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST!

2. Knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

3. Good organizational and time management skills

4. Should have confidence in communicating with different people & good verbal and written communications skills

5. Computer/Email/Internet literacy

6. Must maintain confidentiality on office business

7. High School (10th Pass)/(PA diploma or certification is a plus)

8. Always be available for online meetings and must not shy away from turning on the camera; As an integral part of the team, the candidate will be required to present themselves on call whenever the camera is required to be turned on

9. Always dress in a presentable manner and look professional at all times

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,31,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 80,000 - 81,000 /year
