This is a on-site role located in mumbai for an executive assistant to the managing director. The executive assistant will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to support the Managing Director in daily tasks and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support: Provide high-level support to the MD, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
2. Communication management: Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
3. Meeting coordination: Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
4. Research and analysis: Conduct research and gather information on various subjects as wen required
5. Confidentiality and discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
6. Liaison role: Serve as a liaison between the MD and other departments within the company.
