About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Building and expanding prospect database for generation of effective leads
2. Understanding prospect's business and creating effective pitch documents and customized marketing collaterals
3. Through cold calling, reach out to international prospects and explain the value proposition
4. Maintaining a BD activities tracker and actively following up to schedule calls and meetings
5. Representing RocSearch in industry events to build relationships with key prospects
6. Contributing to organization's skill building and knowledge repository through training and knowledge sharing sessions

Effective Communication

Other requirements

1. Graduates/postgraduates in marketing or related discipline

2. 0‐1 years of pre‐sales work experience with preferably 6 months experience in Research

3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills

4. Ability to build rapport with international senior stakeholders over the phone

5. Sharp business acumen with an ability to form a quick understanding of RocSearch’s business

6. Highly self‐motivated and aggressive with a go-getter attitude

7. Ability to work in a team as well as individually

8. Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 /year
