Key responsibilities:

1. Explain the company's platform proposition to the leads and convert them
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to ensure a high conversion rate
3. Stay updated with platform features and internal policies to provide accurate and relevant information to leads
4. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the lead conversion process
5. Impart portal and process training to the leads and make efforts to convert and onboard them
