About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop in-depth knowledge of the event's exhibitor landscape, industry trends, and competitive environment.
2. Research and analyze key industries to identify prospective exhibitors and their business objectives.
3. Track market movements to tailor exhibitor solutions that drive event success.
4. Identify potential exhibitors and initiate conversations to showcase event benefits.
5. Communicate with exhibitors through calls, LinkedIn, and email to facilitate participation.
6. Ensure exhibitor sales goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
7. Co-ordinate with internal teams to optimize exhibitor experience and event logistics.
8. Build lasting exhibitor relationships to secure repeat participation.
