Farm Supervisor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Farmer Acquisition:
Meet monthly targets for onboarding new farmers to expand the Farms2Families network
Identify potential farmers, communicate the benefits of collaboration, and build lasting partnerships

2. Client Relationship Management:
Act as a bridge between farmers and clients to ensure smooth communication and fulfillment of client demands
Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and professional manner

3. Supervision of Farm Activities:
Oversee day-to-day farm operations, ensuring adherence to sustainable and chemical-free farming practices
Provide guidance to farmers on best practices, crop rotation, and pest control methods

4. Packaging and Quality Control:
Supervise the packaging process to maintain the quality and freshness of harvested vegetables
Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet Farms2Families' standards

5. Delivery Management:
Manage a dedicated delivery team, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to clients
Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
