Position Overview

Assisting the store manager in attending to clients and walk-in customers, while achieving the monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure excellent sales and service are provided to walk-in customers.
2. Manage stock, including stock merchandising and replenishments.
3. Greet customers and approach them with help and suggestions.
4. Serve customers in a polite and courteous manner.
5. Promote additional sales to increase basket size and turnover.
6. Stay updated on trends, fashion, and product knowledge.
7. Provide feedback to the Store Manager about customer needs and desired styles.
8. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the shop looks its best at all times.
