We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic 'Marketing Executive' to help elevate our brand presence and drive our marketing efforts on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing strategies, having gained valuable insights and skills through previous internships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Help in creating and executing LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
2. Produce high-quality, compelling content for LinkedIn, such as posts, articles, and multimedia, that align with our brand's voice and marketing objectives.
3. Oversee and interact with our LinkedIn audience by replying to comments and messages and encouraging community engagement.
4. Conduct market research to spot trends, competitor actions, and chances for LinkedIn growth.
5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that LinkedIn efforts are in sync with overall marketing strategies and integrated with other channels.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Preference for relevant internship experience in marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn marketing.
3. Understanding of LinkedIn's platform, features, and advertising options is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
5. Must be detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
6. A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving is highly valued.

Other requirements
1. We prefer candidates who have completed an internship in the same field.
2. We prefer candidates who have graduated in marketing or a related field.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
