We are looking for a Field Data Collection Executive to visit private healthcare centers and specialties in the Jodhpur region. The role involves gathering necessary information and assisting in the registration of these centers on the government portal. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, interacting with healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit private healthcare centers and specialty clinics in the Jodhpur region.
2. Collect necessary information related to healthcare facilities and their operations.
3. Assist healthcare centers in the registration process on the government portal.
4. Ensure accurate and complete data entry in compliance with guidelines.
5. Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
6. Provide guidance and support to centers regarding documentation and registration procedures.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to report progress and address challenges.
8. Maintain records and submit daily/weekly reports on collected data and registered centers.
Requirements:
1. Comfortable with field visits and on-ground data collection.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with healthcare professionals.
3. Basic understanding of data entry and digital documentation.
4. Ability to work independently and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,30,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,64,000 - 1,80,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 36,000 - 50,000 /year
