Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hiring new partners to associate with the company and bring new customers on board.
2. Training and informing all the partners about the company's products and making the process simple.
3. Liaising between the company and the partners to ensure that the partner is productive.
4. Delivering on business goals as set by the company through the partners.
5. Cooperating with the operations teams to ensure that all processes as decided with the partners are adhered to.
6. Identifying, communicating, and agreeing on the premium targets with POS.
7. Ensuring a regular connection with the pending leads/references.
8. Updating on all products and solutions by regularly attending training and reading.
