About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell Paytm products including Sound Box, Onboarding services, Loans, Insurance, and POS machines in the market.
2. Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers to demonstrate product features and benefits.
3. Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
5. Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services) to customers.

Note:

1. Salary: INR 2.30 lakh to INR 2.80 lakh per annum + Incentives + Rewards and Recognition
2. Working hours: Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Skills required:

1. Ability to work independently in the field.
2. Proficiency in the local language for effective communication.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
4. Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass and above.
2. Gender: Male candidates only.
