Key responsibiliites:

1. Business development:
i. Identify and target potential customers within the heavy equipment machinery industry.
ii. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through market research and networking.
iii. Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and provide tailored solutions through our online platform.
2. Client relationship management:
i. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
ii. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' businesses and providing expert guidance on utilizing our platform effectively.
iii. Collaborate with the customers to address any issues and ensure a positive experience.
2. Market intelligence:
i. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
ii. Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market insights and opportunities for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment machinery, or related industries.

2. Strong understanding of heavy equipment machinery and the intricacies of buying and selling in this sector.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

5. Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.

6. MBA (sales and marketing) preferred.

7. Open for freshers.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
