We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a field sales executive. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with 1+ years of experience who is passionate about sales and enjoys interacting with customers. As a field sales executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services while travelling throughout Mumbai & Thane using public transportation, which will be reimbursed.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting sales visits to potential and existing customers across Mumbai & Thane to promote our products/services
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
3. Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
4. Demonstrating our products/services to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
5. Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company
6. Providing feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to travel extensively throughout Mumbai using public transportation (reimbursement provided)
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
4. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is an advantage
5. Product demonstration skills would be advantageous but not mandatory
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Must be flexible with timings (10 am to 7 pm) and willing to work occasional weekends if required
