Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sell & market of Babyhug products to the pharmacies/medical shops and hospitals.
2. Make required number of daily calls to prospective customers.
3. Generate new leads and build a pipeline through cold calling.
4. Responsible for collections on completed sales.
5. Engage with prospective clients via calls, texts, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their needs and set up meetings.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets within designated areas.
7. Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
8. Develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and maintain key relationships.
9. Handle new product launches, distribution, and visibility.
10. Conduct sales promotion and on-site activities to enhance brand awareness.
11. Manage both primary and secondary sales.
12. Visit hospitals (Pediatric/Gyn) to oversee FC box distribution.
13. Collect and maintain records of distributed boxes.
14. Build strong relationships with nursing and hospital staff for smooth distribution.
15. Report to the Regional Manager (RM).
