Key Responsibilities:
1. Arranging meetings with potential customers to generate new business
2. Evaluating customers needs and building productive long-lasting relationships
3. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing deals
4. Generating or following through sales leads
5. Identifying customers, give presentation and closing the deals independently
6. Coordinating with developers for site visits
7. Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales
8. Meeting sales/revenue targets
9. Developing organization as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies
