Finance And HR Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP or Zoho Books
2. Maintain petty cash and cash statements
3. Prepare GST invoices and other sales invoices
4. Maintain records (both physical and digital) required for audit
5. Assist in GST audit and monthly return filings
6. Assist in the preparation of monthly TDS workings, payments, and return filings
7. Schedule payments to vendors and suppliers
8. Draft, review, and manage HR contracts, including employment and confidentiality agreements
9. Prepare confirmation letters, experience letters, and other official HR documents
10. Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accurate filing and accessibility
11. Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP / Zoho
3. A can-do attitude
4. A good team player
5. Good communication skills
