About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage utility, vendor, and service providers' payables
2. Manage employee payroll
3. Generate and issue invoices to clients
4. Follow-up with clients for payments
5. Work with internal technical teams to resolve any deliverable-related payment hold-ups
6. Manage the status of accounts and balances
7. Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and due dates
8. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
9. Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information
10. Coordinate with the company CA and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closures & audits

1. Bachelor or Master in finance, accounting, business, or related field.

2. Minimum of 0- 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, with emphasis on payable, receivables, reconciliation, etc.

3. Prior experience in client receivables

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

6. Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

7. High integrity and performance standards. Passion for learning and continuous improvement

Education Qualification:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
