About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing daily accounting and HR tasks
2. Record and process all business transactions within the company's accounting system
3. Record and process employee cycles in the HRMS software
4. Prepare and manage daily expenses, invoices, and financial statements
5. Assist in making financial proposals, performance invoices, and other financial and HR documents
6. Contribute to project management, including costing, budgeting, tracking timelines, salary preparation, and ensuring financial compliance
7. Monitor project progress from a financial perspective and prepare cost reports
8. Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of receivables
9. Assist with financial forecasting and risk analysis
10. Ensure compliance with accounting, financial, and HR regulations
11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Recruitment Cycle and Payroll processes
12. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial and HR matters

Other requirements

1. Master’s degree in HR & Finance, or a related field

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of Finance & HR experience is a plus

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and HR Processes

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting & HRMS Software

5. Good Knowledge of payroll preparation and screening of CVs of candidates

6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

10. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
