Key responsibilities:

1. Work on startup valuations
2. Work on ESOP and sweat equity
3. Work on valuation of brands
4. Work on securities & financial assets valuation
5. Work on valuation of corporate restructuring mergers/demergers/acquisitions
6. Conduct valuation of business/companies
7. Undertake investment analysis
8. Evaluate industrial assets, plant & machinery, and real estate valuation
9. Estimate ESOPs, sweat equity, financial securities and instruments valuation
10. Work on valuation for tax, transfer pricing, and company law matters
