1. Manage business operations by following established systems and processes.
2. Handle documentation for investment products like mutual funds, PMS, and transaction platforms, ensuring compliance and KYC paperwork.
3. Communicate with clients via phone and email, managing their service requests.
4. Oversee back-office investment operations, including updating and maintaining reporting software like IFA Now and Masterstroke.
5. Coordinate with mutual fund/PMS providers and platforms like MFU, CAMS, and KFINTECH.
6. Reconcile investor investments and manage back-office tasks like MIS, capital gain statements, and periodic reports.
7. Assist clients with platform and mobile app usage.
8. Manage daily back-end operations.
9. Resolve client queries by coordinating with mutual fund companies.
10. Conduct portfolio reviews for clients.
11. Generate and regularly send portfolio reports to clients.

Office hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday).
Training will be provided.
