Keekoo is a fast-growing luxury boutique resort start-up with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a versatile and skilled accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to our financial operations and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Financial accounting: Tally day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers & reconcile bank statements, and perform monthly financial closing procedures
2. Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitor & enforce financial performance against budgets, and provide regular reports to the chief financial officer (CFO) and management
3. HR responsibilities: Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
4. Administration: Oversee general administrative tasks, such as procurement, office supplies, and facilities management. Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
5. Vendor and supplier relations: Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including invoice processing and negotiation of payment terms & ensure timely payment of bills and invoices while maintaining positive supplier relations

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and payroll processing
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
5. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
7. Effective communication and problem-solving skills
8. Minimum 2 years experience in Zoho books
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,30,000 /year
