1. Manage short stints in various areas of the Accounting function, including invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, audit, internal audit, inventory management, and ERP customizations
2. Mine financial and operational data from ERP systems to provide insights to management and support strategic planning
3. Support equity and debt fundraising for the company
4. Interact with investors, lenders, and other third parties
5. Focus on automating internal operations processes for efficiency
6. Collaborate with the Head of Finance and Founders on special strategic projects
7. Support ad-hoc projects, presentations, and analyses as required by senior management
8. Independently analyze, lead, and present findings with minimal guidance
9. Complete tasks with the highest quality and strict turnaround times
10. Display a proactive, go-getter attitude in executing responsibilities
Requirements:
1. BCom with 0-3 years of experience post-qualification (Entry-level included) (preferably full-time on-campus)
2. Extremely strong professional communication skills, with a good command of English
3. Strong analytical skills to devise clear, methodical solutions
4. Ability to solve complex business problems
5. Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
