Financial Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management:
a. Oversee real estate investment portfolios, focusing on asset allocation, performance tracking, and risk management.
b. Implement strategies to enhance portfolio returns, boost asset value, and meet investment objectives.

2. Accounting & Reporting:
a. Maintain QuickBooks (QB) files for accounting across multiple projects.
b. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
c. Manage month-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
d. Develop and analyze key financial metrics, contributing to cross-functional budget allocations.
e. Support financial reporting through forecasts, budgets, and restatements.
f. Prepare and update quarterly investor communications and reports.

3. Financial Modelling & Forecasting:
a. Maintain and update financial models for development and asset management, ensuring accurate forecasting for active investments.
b. Track and manage critical dates related to property operations.

4.Transaction Support:
a. Assist the investment team with activities related to exits/dispositions, major lease analysis, and recapitalizations.
b. Support due diligence efforts, including the coordination and review of third-party reports, property inspections, and compilation of relevant financial data.
c. Participate in operational, development, and leasing discussions to influence investment strategies.
d. Present findings and recommendations succinctly to corporate leadership.

5. Special Projects: Contribute to special projects as directed by management, enhancing investment and asset management processes.
