Responsibilities:
Assist with various tasks across departments, including but not limited to administrative duties, research, and project support.

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
