1. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
3. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
4. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
5. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for employees
6. Install, update, and maintain software and hardware systems
7. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems
