Office Time : 10:30am to 7:30pm / 11am to 8pm
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
3. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
4. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
5. Collect and process payments from clients
6. Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure seamless operations
7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall office function
