Job Title : Front Office Associate
location : Sernabatim, Colva, South Goa

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Check guests in and out, handling room assignments and key cards
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
- Provide information on hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with directions and local information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the front office team

Requirements:

- minimum 6 months experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Freshers can also apply
- Fine with working in shifts
