About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Ensure that all personnel, visitors, and contractors adhere to security procedures when entering or leaving the premises.
3. Assist visitors with inquiries, and direct them as needed.
4. Collect the resumes of candidates who walk in without appointments and direct them to HR.
4. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials in stock (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
5. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor the logbook, issue visitor badges).
7. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

1. Any Graduate Degree

2. Should have worked as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or a similar role.

3. Follows proper etiquette when interacting with visitors.

4. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Communication devices, swiping devices and printers).

5. Professional attitude and appearance.

6. Solid written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

8. Excellent organizational skills.

9. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

10. Attitude to provide best customer service.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
