1. Fundraising Strategy Development:
- Design and implement innovative fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the DPurpose Foundation's programs, events, and initiatives, targeting corporate donors, government grants, philanthropists, and individual donations.
2. Donor Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners. - - -- Regularly communicate the impact of their contributions to DPurpose and ensure long-term engagement.
3. Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events, as well as drives' both online and offline, to maximize visibility and contributions to the DPurpose Foundation.
4. Pitching to Potential Funders
- Build connections to schedule meetings online/offline, pitch to donors about DPurpose Foundation, and attend events to network with donors and philanthropists.
5. Proposal and Grant Writing:
- Prepare databases of grants and funds available for DPurpose and write compelling proposals and grant applications tailored to donor requirements and funding opportunities to secure financial support.
6. Team Coordination:
- Lead a small team of interns and ensure effective execution of fundraising activities, setting clear targets and timelines for achieving financial goals.
7. Incentive-based Performance:
- Special incentives will be provided based on funds raised, in addition to a base salary of 10,000 to 15,000, encouraging high performance and dedication.
