About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative strategies to increase awareness about India's biodiversity.
2. Participate in activities aimed at building and enhancing the brand presence of WWF India.
3. Represent WWF India's brand at various corporate, mall, and residential locations.
4. Engage in donor acquisition and resource mobilization efforts.
5. Utilize public speaking skills to identify and engage potential niche donors, and organize initiatives to solicit funding.
6. Plan and execute fundraising events, showing strong initiative to advance fundraising campaigns and support WWF India in achieving its financial objectives.

Other requirements

3. Highly performance-oriented and capable of working effectively within a team.

4. Energetic and driven to inspire people and promote WWF India’s work.

5. Ability to balance priorities and manage multiple tasks successfully.

6. High integrity.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
