1. Planning the production process of garments, planning lines, fixing targets, and monitoring the production hourly.
2. Ensuring the maintenance of the production line and WIP.
3. Holding production team meetings and discussing and implementing methods for waste control management, scheduling of work, and allotments of tasks like cutting, sewing, and finishing.
4. Managing the company's inventory and ensuring that the work moves smoothly.
5. Ensuring the quality of work and the final product.
6. Supervising the day-to-day work and ensuring that all the tasks are done within time like cutting, printing, embroidery, packing, and dispatching.
7. Working on workflow forecasts.
8. Arranging the manpower for work.
9. Collaborating closely with the design team.

Other requirements
1. The candidate should have a background in garment design or experience with textile, clothing, and fashion.
2. The candidate should have prior experience in production and management of the production processes.
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 2,40,000 /year
