We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in the Marketing department of our real estate company. This role will involve collaborating with agencies, generating insightful reports, and assisting in various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and have a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with marketing agencies to execute advertising and promotional campaigns effectively
2. Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and enhance brand visibility
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
5. Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI analysis
6. Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities
7. Assist in managing social media channels and online marketing campaigns to engage with target audiences
8. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing databases
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
3. Proficient in English & Marathi
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
