1. Support communication strategies and actively consult with key clients regarding various communication strategies to address Public Relations and Integrated marketing objectives
2. Support media/news tracking, reporting, coordinating media events, following up with media contacts, making activity reports, and assisting client account team with daily activities to ensure effective response to client inquiries and requests
3. Maintain media relations across geographies and international/local media outlets
4. Ensures any company-specific processes, templates, and guidelines are followed in client servicing tasks
5. Deliver quality services to clients which enable them to achieve their communication objectives
6. Support clients to deliver on cost, quality, and timely deliverables. This will include weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reviews
7. Exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality while juggling multiple channels of activity, and a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage own time, and prioritize effectively
