About the job

Under the training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (74) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and interested people, who would like to join our team as the General Manager of Operations in our German Bakery&Bistro shop and cafe. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the bakery, bistro, and caf , ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service.
2. Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service during order-taking and interactions, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
3. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement to ensure consistent stock availability and quality control for all bakery products.
4. Quality Control: Enforce quality control measures to maintain the high standards of authentic German bakery products and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise staff members, ensuring they meet performance standards and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and overall effectiveness.
7. Responsibility & Adaptability: Take on responsibilities proactively, managing tasks swiftly and addressing any challenges by seeking support when needed.
8. Learning & Growth: Demonstrate eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the bakery, while being open to new tasks and challenges.
9. Long-Term Commitment: Be committed to long-term growth within the company, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility in the role.
