1. Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns
2. Understand client goals, create, and execute strategies to exceed defined goals
3. Possess experience with Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools
4. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to drive campaign optimization
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Maintain strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
8. Experience with other advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn and Twitter, is a plus
