1. Recommend the correct product based on application requirements.
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
3. Develop and implement technical training programs.
4. Conduct technical seminars for customers and business partners.
5. Create and update application, industry, and product recommendation charts.
6. Maintain a comprehensive database of MOSIL product technical information.
7. Prepare and update technical literature and reference materials.
8. Develop and update case studies, mailers, and marketing content.
9. Compile and share customer references.
10. Create industry-specific, application-specific, and product-specific documents.
