About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Program Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for program delivery.

2. Program Delivery:
Oversee the implementation of educational programs within the school
Ensure that sessions are conducted according to the planned schedule and curriculum

3. Student Engagement and Support:
Engage with students to understand their needs and provide necessary support
Address any issues or concerns raised by students promptly and effectively

4. Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on program performance and student outcomes
Prepare reports on program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement

5. Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain regular communication with school staff, students, and parents to provide updates on program progress
Collaborate with educators to integrate program activities with the school s curriculum
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school management, teachers, and external partners

6. Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative tasks related to program delivery, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.

7. Problem-Solving and Innovation:
Identify challenges and obstacles in program delivery and develop effective solutions

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
