1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
2. At least 6 months of experience in graphic design, preferably in the gaming industry
3. Proficiency in industry standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
4. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design experience in digital illustration, motion graphics, typography, and other important aspects of the graphic designing job for a real money gaming product
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
6. Experience designing for mobile platforms would be an added advantage
7. Knowledge of web design principles and best practices
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously so design solutions are implemented accurately and efficiently
