Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Social media post design: Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for various social media platforms. Work closely with the marketing team to develop designs that align with the brand's messaging and goals
2. Newsletter & business communications visuals: Design eye-catching visuals for newsletters and other business communications. Ensure that designs effectively communicate key messages and maintain brand consistency
3. Blog visuals: Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for blog posts. Develop infographics, illustrations, and other visuals to enhance the overall blog content
4. Video & Animation: Create basic-level videos and animations for various marketing purposes. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop dynamic visual content that tells a compelling story
5. Varied tasks: Assist in various design projects as needed, including presentations, print materials, and other marketing collateral. Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
6. Prioritize ongoing learning by reading books, articles, and resources provided by the team as well as exploring additional materials independently

Job Specifications:

1. 1-year experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
2. Creative Thinking, Design Principles, video editing, Attention to Detail, Color Theory, and Typography, strong Communication and time management Skills
3. Proficiency in organizing visual elements on a page or screen for optimal aesthetics and readability (Layout design)
4. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
