Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and create visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including:
- Website graphics and banners
- Posters and visual elements for in-office communications
- Pitch decks and presentations
- Social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- LinkedIn post graphics and visual content
- Email newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Product catalogs and brochures
- Other marketing collateral as needed

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and target audiences.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually stunning designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Prepare and present design concepts to the marketing team.
