Role Overview: We are in search of a driven and wellness passionate Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. The Growth Manager will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and execution of growth initiatives to increase Bliss Now Hub s market presence and customer base. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical prowess, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the wellness industry, coupled with a proven track record in scaling businesses through innovative growth strategies.

This role is pivotal in scaling our reach and impact within the wellness industry. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about wellness and possesses a robust blend of analytical and creative skills. You will be responsible for devising and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ultimately fueling our growth and expanding our community.

This includes everything between gaining new customers and turning them into active customers.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract a broader audience.
2. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities within the wellness sector in Abu Dhabi and beyond.
3. Lead digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email) to drive traffic and conversions.
4. Manage and optimize paid advertising efforts to ensure maximum ROI, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram marketing.
5. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience, aligns with our brand values, and promotes our services and products.
6. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
7. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure success against KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
8. Foster partnerships with other brands, influencers, and organizations within the wellness industry to expand our reach and impact.
9. Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, especially within the wellness industry, to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. At least 1 year of proven experience in growth marketing, ideally within the wellness, health, or lifestyle sectors.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, with a strong track record of driving growth.

4. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Insights.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive narratives.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and devise innovative marketing solutions.

7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

8. A passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting a holistic approach to health and well-being.

This Position is KPI driven and your KPIs will be outlined within 10 days by your reporting manager/company director.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 40,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
