1. Greeting & welcoming guests.
2. Enhancing guest satisfaction.
3. Utilizing knowledge of products, promotions & offers.
4. Working on upselling of products.
5. Following SOP laid by the organization.
6. Maintaining cleanliness of the outlet all the time.
7. Managing system handling of billing.
8. Working on inventory management.
9. Handling guest grievance.
10. Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
