Helpdesk Trainee Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily tasks and write technical write-ups.
2. Process documents.

Candidate preferences:

1. Should have strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and Windows Systems, back of servers (Server and Desktop OS platforms)
2. Good understanding of supporting technologies like Networking, Storage, and hardware.
3. Should have worked on ITIL framework solutions (Service Desk etc)
4. Good understanding of processes and concepts (Change management, Asset management, CMDB)
5. Should be able to create technical write-ups and process documents
6. Should be able to perform multiple tasks.
