About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
2. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
3. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
4. Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
5. Process bills, payments, and invoices accurately
6. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements
7. Follow hotel policies and maintain security and confidentiality of guest information
8. Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations efficiently

Other requirements

1. Experience: 0-3 years in front office/receptionist roles (preferably in the hospitality industry)

2. Education: graduate or diploma in hospitality management or related field

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

5. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software

6. Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations calmly

7. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,001 /year
